All commissions are copyrighted and are NOT AVAILABLE to be sold, repurposed, or reproduced without my permission nor commercial license. My art CAN NOT be used for any kind of Artificial Intelligence (AI) machine, cryptocurrency, nor non-fungible tokens (NFTs).

• I have the right to accept, suspend, and decline commission inquiries and services.
• My illustrations CAN NOT and WILL NOT be bought, used, nor any way be associated with crypto currency under any circumstances. This includes non-fungible tokens (NFTs).
• IT IS PROHIBITED to use my illustrations for any kind of Artificial Intelligence (AI) machine.
• It is highly recommend that you send your inquiries through the contact page. You may also submit your inquiry through Twitter or Instagram direct messaging; please be advised that it may take longer to respond. DO NOT submit your inquiries elsewhere or else the inquiry will be DENIED IMMEDIATELY.• If your commission inquiry is accepted, be as specific and detailed as possible. The client is encourage to send as many visual references as possible. The clearer your description of what you want in your illustration, the faster and easier it will be to get your commission done. If you do not give a specific description and I have to create the design, an extra fee will be applied.
• Please specify if you have a specific due date at the start of the commission process. If you wish to change the agreed-upon due date to an earlier time, an express fee will be applied.
• All major alterations of the commission must be made during the sketch phase. If you request any major changes during the line art and/or coloring phase, a fee will be applied. If you request a completely new composition during the line art and/or coloring phase, then you will be charged an extra fee for the new commission piece.
• Completed commissions will be delivered via e-mail. The client is encouraged to specify the size of their commissioned image and file format.

• Payment will be required upfront.
• Payments are made through PayPal invoices only.
• If payments are not received on time or if you do not give me an eligible reason (i.e., emergency) for the delayed payment within two weeks, then the commission will be canceled. Please DO NOT commission me if you are unprepared to pay the full cost on time.
• Refunds will only be issued if I am unable to complete the commission piece by the agreed upon deadline.
• Tips are highly appreciated! If you wish to donate or support me outside of commissions, feel free to donate through Ko-Fi. If you want to support me even further, check out my Patreon.
• DO NOT submit commission inquiries nor payments through Ko-Fi. If you do, IT WILL be counted as a Ko-Fi donation and NOT as a commission payment. Please place your inquiries correctly.
